Vector BioPharma AG, a new Basel-based biotech start-up, is recruiting a large team to support the development of gene therapy vectors for a range of applications in pharmaceuticals.
In order to support and build up our CMC team we are looking for an Analytical Development expert. In this role she/he will be responsible for the development, qualification and application of methods for adenovirus and protein analysis using state-of-the-art techniques. The analytical methods will be developed and applied in house to support process, cell-line and formulation development and to release batches for preclinical studies. In addition, the methods developed will be transferred to and implemented at contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) in order to perform release and stability testing of material designed for clinical trials under GMP conditions. For this challenging position, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scientist with a proven track record in analysis of viruses and proteins.
